Virtual Royal Highland Show Cookery Demo Part 1 & 2

The Royal Highland Show would have taken place in any ‘normal’ year. Scotland showcasing our farming to the world. Cooking centre stage at the showground wasn’t possible, but in this 1st video Billy & Gareth are at Hardiesmill Farm cooking up some beef barbacoa using Jacobs ladder and a house burger.

Scroll further down to reveal the 2nd video which was shot in the garden at the Buccleuch. This time showcasing local roe venison including carpaccio, steak cuts and wild garlic pesto.
