Day One, Clue One, Coo One
“I stand 31 feet tall and I am an embarrassing colour. I like to guard over the water”
Well done to the McCleod girls for dragging their father out of bed and into the rain to find COO 001 at The William Wallace Statue, near Dryburgh. Iain, in true tight Scotsman fashion is going to use his prize to treat the family to a slap up meal at The Buccleuch Arms for his birthday
(nicely timed Iain).
Day Two, Clue Two,Coo Two.
“A novel idea at the clarty hole where Scott could not play”
Well done to Big Dave Howie’s daughter who found the clue at the playground at Abbotsford. If you didn’t know, Sir Walter Scott had polio as a boy and was lame. He also renamed the Clarty Hole, Abbotsford for obvious reasons!
